What The Heck is a “Neurotag”?

In this course I'll talk about how things like pain can trigger for no apparent reason yet, paradoxically, do so in a clearly predictable way. I touched on this in your first course, in spite of the challenges, when I spoke about the client who had pain in the last half mile of a walk. The pain triggered out of nowhere, yet she could predict when it was likely to happen. This actually is the same phenomena as a smell that always reminds you of the feeling of being on holiday. And this trick of the mind applies just as much to pain as it does in these more enjoyable quirks. There are likely to be many instances in your Fibromyalgia that have similar oddities to this so that 's why I want to take the time to address this important topic.
